We had an amazing stay at this hotel! Best aspects were the friendly staff, cleanliness, and location. The hotel had great facilities such as a lift, in-house restaurant, and spa services. The staff was accommodating and helpful, even providing us with a shuttle bus and SIM card for our trek. The location was perfect and easily accessible.

The location was perfect for our needs and provided easy access to everything we wanted to see and do.

We were disappointed with the noise levels in the hotel. The bell that sounded each time someone requested room service was particularly annoying, and the bathroom lacked a shower screen or curtain, causing water to splash everywhere. while we appreciated the amenities and location, the noise level took away from our overall enjoyment of the stay.

The hotel location was excellent, walking distance to the bus stop and close to the railway station. The room was neat, clean and cozy. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing guidance and pick-up/drop-off services. The food at the restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. a pleasant and comfortable stay with great amenities.

My recent business trip to Jammu and Kashmir was made even more pleasant by the lovely hotel I stayed in. the central location meant that I was only a short distance away from my meetings and enjoyed easy access to the local area. the spacious rooms were so cozy and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and hot water available 24/7. the staff were highly attentive, always on hand to answer questions and to help book excursions. the delicious food and excellent amenities rounded off a perfect stay.

While the hotel was wonderful, I did notice that some of the noise from outside could be heard in my room.

My romantic escape was fantastic! the hotel was lovely with spacious rooms and good furnishings. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views and the cozy ambience that made us feel right at home. To top it all off, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and their drop facilities made the trip even more relaxing!

the room lacked curtains, and it made the room too cold.
